NEO Status

At dinner
Clover:  I need to eat lots of food so I can grow big and strong...and sew.

Right on.  I've taught her well and young, haven't I?

Speaking of sewing, waiting for this baby to come, I got a lot of work done on my Never Enough Orange (NEO) Sewing Studio last week (I may have over-exerted myself.)  It's almost finished, I have a couple more things I'd like to do, but I may show you the whole picture next week anyway.  I love how organizing promotes creativity.  Now that I have everything in order I want all the projects floating around in my head to come to life.  Maybe that's when this baby will come?

  1. I can't wait to see your finished orange room, orange has always been my favorite color! In fact, we are in the process of adopting a sibling pair with a maximum age of four , the only catch is we didn't specify gender, thus we needed a gender neutral color for their room. The only color combo my husband and I could agree on was orange accented with blues. I hope it turns out as nice as your sewing room.

  2. I will be having my baby any time now and the doctors finally gave me the ok to be off bed rest. Hooray!

But now all I want to do is organize everything--especially the craft room where my husband (who's been doing his best to be so helpful) keeps putting the fabric and embroidery thread and all the other stuff I've been using. It's a disaster down there!

I'm envious of your clean, organized, newly decorated room. I'm just hoping to get the baby's things set up before she arrives.

  4. Just when I organized mine, he arrived....then I couldn't get to do anything for a bit!!!

I had waited to find out gender so I could finally do gender specific decorations. He was born in Feb, and it ALMOST finished! ;)

Hope you get to go crazy!

    I know you will!!!!
