Whew!
I just finished my project[s] for the first round of Project Run and Play,
[it goes up on Saturday!!!]
and "the force" doesn't seem to be in my favor:
My sewing machine light went out...for the first time in 8 years.
I broke 3 needles and now my sewing machine sounds...a bit off.
My favorite lens has decided to be...broken[?]
It's been a rough start.

So, I'm taking a break tonight and inviting my 3 oldest baby dills to a girl's sleepover, complete with movie, popcorn, and most likely a beverage of some sort made in our new fancy schmancy blender [if I can figure out which button to push.]  That ought to recharge me, don't you think?

  1. What a sinking feeling when your sewing machine and camera lens are on the blink! Let's just say sewing machine emergency room! Enjoy the sleepover--that sounds fun:)

  3. I hate when things like that happen at all the wrong times (is there ever a right time??). The sleepover sounds like a blast though!

I am doing some choreography and I was wondering if we could colaborate to create costumes? If this is possible, will you email me at matissemadden@yahoo.com? Thanks -matisse

  6. Shoot! But have fun with the baby dills. By the way, what lens do you use? Love your photos. I'm thinking it's a 35mm or 50mm prime?
