Those delightful folks over at Shabby Apple are holding a Dare to Design Competition, selling the winner's design come Spring '10. I've got a few ideas I thought I'd submit, this first one obviously inspired by the skirt I made during my Sewing Month--a representation of rising above the rest. I'm picturing it in a pale pink cotton shirting with a slight stretch. The shape: an A-line skirt and fitted bodice.
