Sprouts, how I love thee

Nature is so awe inspiring to me.  Did you know when you sprout beans/seeds their nutrients explode and increase 30-6000 times!{!!!!}  I'm teaching a class on sprouting tonight for Enrichment {not that I'm an expert by any definition-I've just enjoyed learning and experimenting}.  I'm giving out samples of some beans/seeds to take home and try out.  I have also compiled some basic how-to information.  If anyone is interested and unable to attend, email me and I'll attach a copy of my handout.

Ben & I like sprouts a lot. I gave him a starting mix for Christmas. Odd present, but he uses it more than perhaps any other gift...

i am IN LOVE IN LOVE with everything about that picture of your samples.

  8. OK - keeping in mind that I am a foreinger in any kitchen (cooking is not my love), I totally want to learn how to eat better and get the most nutrients from the foods I eat. Would love for you to e-mail me a copy of your handout.

Perhaps a kitchen-illiterate fool like me could learn to love being in the kitchen.
