Hurricane Day

6:45 pm last night the mayor declared today and Thursday hurricane days=stuck at home with all 5 kids.  Canceling school doesn't mean we sleep in around here.  Sad for me.  But, it did mean half a dozen warm glazed, 3 chocolate-frosted with sprinkles, a chocolate cake, a buttermilk, and a raspberry filled.  The sprinkles were the favorite of the morning.  While we were out, I thought I'd be safe and fill the car, even though this morning Fay was downgraded to just a tropical storm (less than 75 mph winds).  We are prepared, though.  I don't need to run to the store for batteries, or fill my tubs with water.  We have plenty of food, water, and batteries.  Now we just have to figure out what to do with all our time.
