My Four Princesses
This is a scene that is rarely seen and even more rarely captured: Sunday morning (Ryan already at church), rushing around trying to find shoes that have mates and that fit. Pearl had to wear Divine's Sunday shoes, as hers were too small and Divine had to wear black sparkly dress-up shoes. Olive wasn't pleased with her outfit--she wanted to wear pink, but after a day of compliments on her stripes, she was pleased. Divine was mad she didn't get her hair curled, but she took too long deciding what she wanted for breakfast (and there aren't that many options!) Oh, and I love Azure's little hand resting on Olive's leg.

After all of that rushing around and pleasing everyone you still call them princesses! What a mother!
ReplyDeleteps That is about the cutest stripped outfit I have ever seen.
ReplyDeleteSo glad you captured this rare moment. I remember the little sweater Azure is sporting! (:
ReplyDeleteWhat a couchful of cuties!
ReplyDeleteWhat dolls! What cuties! What princesses! I sure do miss them!
ReplyDeleteHow many of those dresses did you make Katy? They all look beautiful.
ReplyDeleteEmily--Thank you--I made Pearl's & Azure's dresses and Olive's not-so-favorite striped shirt.
ReplyDeleteHi, I'm back for another look at your mini royalty. Lucy's preschool teacher asked me if I just have spools and spools of ribbon at home. I said, "no,just a sister with four girls that sent me a box of ribbon snippets!" She was impressed Lucy always has a matching bow.
ReplyDeleteJordan--I don't really like collections. Most of them just seem to take up space, but I do admit I have quite the collections of ribbons--if you're ever in need of more, give me a holler!
ReplyDeletePS Olive says Lucy is her best friend
THOSE FACES ARE JUST ABOUT PERFECT AND I'M NOT ONE BIT PREJUDICED..NOT EVEN A little.
